Change the ROE to let our forces go after the jihadis and insurgents without worrying about the legalities or supposed sensitivities if we have to go into mosques or other areas, and the jihadis and insurgents will have no where left to hide.

Look, Bush may go down as one of the worst Presidents in history. If we want to win, we should go in with overwhelming force. Lincoln had to change his generals, and now (maybe too late) Bush is too. It's very much in vogue here to say that we should bomb or nuke everybody, but If we are trying to win this war, and by win it means have some kind of a viable nation state in Iraq, it is obvious that we have to have a little bit of understanding as to who actually lives there.
