--Breaking News --CNN to Replay NH Debates Tonight

Sun Jan 06, 2008 at 09:25:36 AM PDT

Americans will get another look at the candidates tonight with CNN's announced replay of the New Hampshire ABC Facebook debates that were broadcast yesterday, on January 5th.

The debates were the best to date, in my view. With only four candidates on the stage(Dodd and Biden having dropped out, and Kucinich not meeting debate criteria), it gave viewers a much more focused view of the candidates. The result was an exciting and revealing interplay between the major contenders.

The Republican debates will also be replayed, of course.

The debates will begin at 7PM Eastern time on CNN.

My apologies for the brief diary, but this was a great debate, and anyone who didn't see it last night would be urged to see it tonight.

My Search for an Authentic Progressive

There has been much discussion on these pages regarding which candidate is the real McCoy, the candidate who can be trusted to return our country back to its citizens. Those of us who care about the poor, about civil rights, about the human condition of our fellow Americans, and about the denizens of the world, want a president who feels as we do, who can be counted on to tend to our needs, to the human need.

The DailyKos is a great place to learn a thing or two. What a treasure of perspectives to explore!

With the heated arguing and debating occurring in this election season, I thought I'd pay you all a compliment that is well deserved.

I'm quite new here, and I should disclose that although I'm still undecided, I've been leaning towards Edwards in the presidential race, although my choice could easily change. I enjoy the debates encountered on this forum, so long as they're factual and well reasoned.

But to be honest, I've never understood how anyone can be so confident about his or her selection of candidates so early in the season, as some of you seem to be on this forum. Almost all seem as if they're artificially posturing.  Voting records and contradictory statements betray them all, in one way or another.
